Everything you need to know before you buy.

## How do I join the server?

Open Minecraft (Java or Bedrock), add a server with the address play.projectchaos.club and join.

## How long does delivery take?

Most purchases arrive in game within a few minutes. If you are offline, the items are delivered the next time you join.

## I play on Bedrock. Can I buy?

Yes. Pick Bedrock Edition when you log in and type your Xbox gamertag. We add the Bedrock prefix for you.

## What are Bits?

Bits are the Chaos in-game currency. Spend them in the /bits shop on cosmetics, dungeon boosts and pets. They have no cash value.

## What is a creator code?

A code from your favorite content creator. Enter it before checkout and part of your purchase supports them, at no extra cost to you.

## Can I get a refund?

Digital items are delivered instantly, so purchases are final. If something did not arrive, open a ticket on our Discord and we will sort it out.

## Which payment methods do you accept?

Cards and many local payment methods. You see the options available in your country at checkout, handled securely by PayNow.
